Ordering & Shipping

1. Place of Delivery
The default shipping destination is the address you provide when placing your order.

2. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is within 3 calendar days. This timeframe may only be extended if you explicitly agree to it.

3. Delays & Order Cancellations
If delivery is delayed or only partially possible, we will notify you within 1 day of your order. You may cancel the order free of charge in such cases. However, no additional compensation will be provided.

4. Risk & Replacement
We bear responsibility for any damage or loss of the product until it is delivered to you or an authorized recipient. If a product is unavailable, we will offer a replacement item. You will be clearly informed about this. In such cases, your right of withdrawal remains fully valid, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address. You can find an overview of shipping costs per country on  the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Note: There may be differences between standard and express shipping.

6. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We usually ship with UPS. After placing your order, and after processing the order, you will receive a tracking number by mail.

7. Pick-Up Options
Would you prefer to pick up your order yourself? That’s possible, but only within the Netherlands and nearby countries like Belgium and Germany. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
