Returns & Withdrawal
1. Withdrawal Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the product. No reason is required for withdrawal.
2. Product Condition & Packaging
Returned products must be in original condition, including all packaging and accessories. You may handle the product only as necessary to inspect it—similar to how you would in a physical store.
3. Return Process

Notify us of your return by mail or phone within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return the item within 14 days after notification, complete with accessories and original packaging.
4. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless you received a replacement item due to unavailability of the original. We do not provide prepaid return labels—customers must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal and once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

The original shipping costs will also be refunded as part of the full order refund.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used to place your order.
6. Exceptions
Some items are excluded from the right of return, provided this was clearly stated at the time of purchase. These include:

Custom-made parts

Software products

Unsealed hygiene items

Perishable goods
7. Warranty & Defects
If a product is defective, you must report this within 2 weeks of delivery. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging for us to accept the return.

- Where should I send my return?
All returns should be sent to our warehouse. You can find our full return address on our Contact Page. Please include your order number in or on the package.
- Do you offer prepaid return labels?
No, we currently do not offer prepaid return labels. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.
- Will I be refunded for shipping costs?
Yes, we will fully refund your original shipping costs as part of the total order amount. However, return shipping costs are only refunded if you received a replacement item.
- How will I receive my refund?
We will refund you using the same payment method you originally used when placing the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
