- Map identification (2D/3D)
- Sensors & actuators
- ECU protections
- ECU strategies (Bosch, Continental, Denso)
- Gasoline & diesel map optimisation
- Torque calculation & tuning logic
- AFR/Lambda, ignition, VVT, VE
- Limiters & correction factors
- Creating complete tuning files
- Dyno testing (if possible)
Course content
Get a complete learning experience from fundamentals to advanced tuning workflows. The course is divided into two structured modules, each building on the previous one for maximum clarity and progression:
Advanced Course (Days 1–2):
- ECU strategies (Bosch, Continental, Denso)
- Gasoline & diesel map optimisation
- Torque calculation & tuning logic
- AFR/Lambda, ignition, VVT, VE
- Limiters & correction factors
- Creating complete tuning files
- Measuring tuning results on the dyno (if time allows)
Tools & software
All required tools and software will be provided during the training. If you already own them, you are welcome to bring your own setup, provided you meet the requirement below.
